High value-added plants and Urban Agriculture in 100 Words (Martin)
Throughout the world, urban agriculture is becoming increasingly important. It is no longer a fashion but a real desire to bring plant cultivation back to the cities. This is how my internship with Astredhor fits in with this desire, which is also linked to the integration of immigrant populations in our countries.
So I have to find edible plants that are prized by these urban communities and establish their production possibilities in urban agriculture. As well as determining the type of high-tech (high-tech greenhouse, hydroponics, aeropony, under led cultivation) or low-tech culture (open ground, out of ground, basic greenhouse).
