Knowing all the “off target” effect that could occur with the CRISP/CAS9 system (the wrong cutting/insertion of DNA sequence that experimentator wants to modify), scientists know this phenomenon could be hardly controled, and that this kind of experiment is highly experiment dependant (the result could vary from one experiment ot an other one even if you are using the same protocol).

How do you think that using CRISPR/CAS9 on Human kind could be compatible with the current Bioethic spirit knowing all this?
Knowing that in 2015, even the patent challenger Dr. DOUDNA discouraged any human attempt in this article (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4394183/)?
