In his article, Build on the outer space treaty, Joan Johnson-Freese voices his concerns about the future of space exploitation. Indeed, in 2015, the US Congress protected a company such as Planetary Resources. It is obvious that the intentions of Planetary Resources are uniquely mercantile and economic: they seek to harvest the resources of the asteroid belt as early as 2020. I strongly believe that under the presidential term of Donald Trump, such protective acts will rise: I have no doubt US President Donald Trump will encourage such companies and tweet about space becoming his potential new game field.

–> In order to avoid such an outcome, what type of norms and rules should be added to the Outer Space Treaty and who should be involved?
