Oceans are not only a sanctuary of species and biodiversity, they’re also a hub for transporation and more recently a way to produce marine renewable energy with innovative projects under development or already existing (such as off shore wind farms or marine turbines…). However climate change has an impact on wind speed or ocean temperature as well as the formation of more dangerous and bigger storms…How can we measure this impact to create resiliance in our infrastructure ? Especially for marine renewable energy project, with a period of 20 years of project development for an off shore wind farm, some projects will be viable anymore
