Fertilizer go into the Ocean through the rivers, and is responsible for deadzone, where a lower concentration of dioxigene reduce the bidodiversity. Lower exchange of dioxigene between deep water and surface water due to climate change, increase this effect.

How to fight against the deadzone expansion within the oceans ? How to oblige developing countries to slow down their use of fertilizer when the population keep increasing, and so do the demand for food ?
