“What does the public want? It wants a vested interest in its own energy provision – driving more efficient behaviour. It wants greater choice and responsibility at a local level. And it wants increased use of renewables to protect the environment”, says Caroline Lucas. We’re facing a new empowerment way for the population but politics and educational systems are still very late on how to match sustainable system thinking and people’s daily living ways. This ship has sailed and it’s not going to stop now so how do we implement new sustainable problem solving in our education institutions to make sure everyone gets involved and that in both ways either political decisions and people’s habits don’t get in the way of each other ?
